X-ertion : A 45 minute High Energy Full Body Workout that helps build muscles + burn fat

Candlelight Flow + Restore: A gentle flow that allows students to slow their practice, mind + body down. 

Yin-Yasa: Yoga wake-up call! Wake up and stretch with this gentle flow that works not only the muscles to help build strength but a yin sequence in order to help open + stretch the fascia + joints! Open Level.

Beginner's Hatha Yoga: This relaxed-paced yoga practice integrates breath work along with stretching and toning muscles and increasing flexibility.

Vinyasa Flow: In this 45 min moderately paced flow (a link of postures), we will work with linking breath to movement as well as increasing strength and flexibility.

Power Vinyasa Flow: Get ready to ignite your core and sculpt your body with this vinyasa flow.
