Lauren is a graduate from the University of Delaware with a degree in Human Services, Education, and Public Policy. However, Lauren's true passion and drive comes from fitness. Her interest in personal training stems from her lifelong participation in many sports including soccer, volleyball, dance and lacrosse. Coaching girls volleyball has sparked her passion for training athletes. "I am extremely excited to share my vision and personal beliefs with others on their journey to reach their goals and take their fitness level to new heights."
Lauren has a variety of certifications with include; ECA, ACE, CPR, First Aid, and IMPACT Coaching. Lauren has gained training and nutrition experience over the last 10 years at multiple large health clubs and has taught cardio kickboxing, TRX as well as nutritional seminars. Her expertise is in core & stability training, speed & agility, sports conditioning, and functional and flexibility training.
"I enjoy working out and I am a national qualified figure competitor in the NPC as well as a pro figure competitor in the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation. My top priority is to educate others on the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I work with all levels and ages."

Chris has over 20 years of experience and 40,000 plus hours of gym floor time. A former gym owner, author, and fitness director he has done it all. He is a TRX "Master Coach" and is also certified by the American Council of Exercise, ACE. He is a certified senior adult population trainer. In addition he holds many continuing education certifications. These include sport-specific training, youth fitness, rehabilitation and injury rehab, small group training, behaivor modification, vegetarion nutrition and many others.

TRX is a suspension based training program that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. It allows you, the user, to control how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise by simply adjusting your body position angle to add or decrease resistance. Your body is the machine.
With over 20 years of experience in performance training, body-building, fitness training and management, Mirco has gained a strong presence in the field of fitness. A graduate of the Masters Program in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University, a member of the CHEK Institute Student Athletic Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Mirco Joseph utilizes a diverse set of tools to yield results. He has had experience on both the corporate and private facility levels
"I have had the pleasure of competing in several sports over my career, from gymnastics, soccer, basketball, running, cycling, bodydbuilding and motorcycle racing. All of these activities require passion, dedication and an appropriate fitnes level relative to the sport. I have learned that whatever activity you choose to do for a sport or enjoyment, you must be prepared for it. One must have a level of fitness to be healthy as well as perform tasks of everyday living and participation in sports.
Many individuals have entrusted me to assist them in "doing what they love.: Sports or hobbies, both require direction. The last decade has taught me a great deal in that regard and moving forward towards becoming a better coach and athlete. I look forward to continue helping others achieve their fitness goals.
