Group Training allows the client to work with a trainer in a small group setting with other clients at similar levels. Group training is not as individualized but allows each clients to use supervised circuit training to finish a full body workout each time.

Private one on one training is designed to promote fitness and well-being by providing clients with innovative fitness and nutritional counseling in a private, energetic environment. Your program will be individualized according to clients' baselines and personal fitness evaluations.
