Lauren's dedication to the fitness industry sets her apart from the rest. Lauren is a graduate from the University of Delaware with a degree in Human Services, Education, and Public Policy. However, Lauren's true passion and drive comes from fitness. Her interest in personal training stems from her lifelong participation in many sports including soccer, volleyball, dance and lacrosse. Coaching girls volleyball has sparked her passion for training athletes. Lauren offers lifestyle coaching, personal training, and small group circuit training classes. Her clients' progress and health are top priority.

"I enjoy working out and I am a national qualified figure competitor in the National Physique Committee as well as a pro figure competitor in the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation. My top priority is to educate others on the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
