Lauren Geldmacher 

Lauren's dedication to the fitness industry sets her apart from the rest. Lauren is a graduate from the University of Delaware with a degree in Human Services, Education, and Public Policy. However, Lauren's true passion and drive comes from fitness. Her interest in personal training stems from her lifelong participation in many sports including soccer, volleyball, dance and lacrosse. Coaching girls volleyball has sparked her passion for training athletes.  Lauren offers lifestyle coaching, personal training, and small group circuit training classes.  Her clients' progress and health are top priority.

 "I am extremely excited to share my vision and personal beliefs with others on their journey to reach their goals and take their fitness level to new heights." Lauren has a variety of certifications which include; ECA, ACE, CSCS, CPR, First Aid, and IMPACT Coaching. Lauren has gained training and nutrition experience over the last 10 years at multiple large health clubs and has taught cardio kickboxing, TRX as well as nutritional seminars. Her expertise is in core & stability training, speed & agility, sports conditioning, and functional and flexibility training. "I enjoy working out and I am a national qualified figure competitor in the National Physique Committee as well as a pro figure competitor in the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation. My top priority is to educate others on the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Mirco Joseph 

With over 20 years of experience in performance training, body-building, fitness training and management, Mirco has gained a presence in the field of fitness. A graduate of the Master’s Program in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University, a member of the CHEK Institute, a Student Athletic Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Mirco Joseph utilizes a diverse set of tools to yield results.  He has had experience on both the corporate and private facility levels.

I have had the pleasure of competing in several sports over my career, from gymnastics, soccer, basketball, running, cycling, body-building and motorcycle racing.  All of these activities require passion, dedication and an appropriate fitness level relative to the sport.  I have learned that whatever activity you choose to do for sport or enjoyment, you must be prepared for it.  One must have a level of fitness to be healthy as well as perform tasks of everyday living and participation in sport.

Many individuals have entrusted me to assist them in “doing what they love.”  Sport or hobby, both require direction.  The last decade has taught me a great deal in that regard and moving forward towards becoming a better coach and athlete, I look forward to continuing to help others achieve their personal fitness goals.  I’ve worked with professional athletes, student athletes, recreational athletes, children, and business professionals.

T.J Arella 

Personal Trainer and owner of Mode Personal Training, T.J. Arella holds a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts.  Graduating in spring of 2017 he went straight to work interning under Bill Rom, owner of Superior Athletics a top training athlete/strength facility on Long Island.  Here he worked with numerous athletes and adults.  He quickly became head of adult strength, coaching adult group training.  T.J. gained great applied experience through coaching a variety of people from 12 year old clients learning to move for the first time to 50-70 year old clients dealing with an abundance of pains and movement dysfunctions.  His gained knowledge to refine these dysfunctions and improve overall bodily efficiency through working with such diverse clientel was invaluable and continues to be. 

He then took his training experience to Huntington and started building his own personal training business in March of 2019.  A lifelong baseball player, who still plays competetively, credits much of his passion for training to his desire to be a top athlete as he sought proper training himself.   He continues to learn and educate himself to grow his business and offer the most advanced, effective, and personalized training possible to each and every client. 

Rosa Murphy 

My name is Rosa Murphy, I am A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer and a Cancer Exercise Specialist.  I have been working as a personal trainer since
1999, recruiting clients and working with them to obtain their goals and maintain motivation as well as their overall well-being.
I hold certification in East Coast Training Instructional School, Special Population, Strength Training for Older Adults, Facilitated Stretching,

Tim Blackley

Tim is a CSCS Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, and CISSN Certified Sport Nutritionist with experience in athletic performance, nutritional coaching, pre/post natal training, clinical rehabilitation, exercise physiology, biomechanics and strength and conditioning. After graduating from Hofstra University with a Master’s in Sport Science, Tim went on to work in a outpatient orthopedic/physical Therapy clinic at one of the most prestigious hospitals in the country. Tim is currently a student at Columbia University pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Tim also serves as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Hammer Athletics working with a wide variety of high level athletes. Tim’s extensive background in athletic development and physical rehabilitation helps him promote a safe and effective training base to prevent injury and maximize performance.
